The process in detail:

  • Online data entry: You enter your device data in this form.
  • Evaluation: We evaluate your devices based on the information you provide and give you an estimated purchase price.
  • Shipping: If you agree with our estimated price, please send your device, well packaged, at your own expense to our service partner. TOPAS Highfidelity GmbH in Pforzheim, Germany.
  • Review & contract: A binding purchase agreement is only concluded once we have physically inspected the goods. Prices quoted in advance are non-binding estimates.
  • Your responsibility: You confirm that the device is your property. Please delete all personal data beforehand.
  • Clearing: The purchase value will be deducted directly from the purchase price of your new INKLANG products.
  • Cancellation new purchase: SIf you cancel the purchase of your new product, the purchase of the old device remains valid. In this case, we will simply transfer the purchase value to you as a cash amount. The old device cannot be returned.

What devices do you purchase?

We purchase hi-fi equipment and speakers with an original purchase price of at least EUR 4,000 that are in perfect working order. Less expensive or defective devices are better sold via a platform such as classified ads or eBay.

Can I purchase equipment even if I do not wish to buy INKLANG products?

No, our service is aimed at customers who wish to purchase INKLANG products and new hi-fi equipment from us.

How do I start purchasing my old devices?

The process starts simply online: Enter the technical data of your device in our inquiry form. Based on this information, we will prepare an initial assessment and provide you with a non-binding estimate.

How do I organize shipping if I no longer have the original packaging?

In this case, it is necessary to obtain suitable packaging material that enables safe shipping. The risk of transport damage is generally borne by you and can be insured by your logistics partner if necessary.

How do I ship large and heavy speakers or hi-fi equipment?

If the weight per product including packaging exceeds 31 kg, you should arrange for shipping with a freight forwarder. The basis for this is disposable half or full pallets, onto which you can secure the packaged speakers in an upright position.

What else do I need to consider before shipping?
  • Proof of ownership: By submitting the device, you confirm that it is your legal property.
  • Data protection: Please be sure to delete all personal data from the device before shipping.

  • Risk assumption: The risk of transport damage is generally borne by you, but can be insured by taking out appropriate insurance with logistics companies.
How is the trade-in calculated?

The refund will either be issued in the form of a voucher code that you can redeem in our online shop, or we will deduct it directly from your invoice if you place your order with us in person, by telephone, or online.

When does the purchase agreement become legally binding?

Please note that the online estimate is non-binding. A legally binding purchase agreement will only be concluded after we have physically inspected your device on site.

What happens if the new purchase is canceled?

If you decide to cancel the purchase of your new product, this will not affect the purchase of your old device, which has already been completed.

  • The purchase remains valid.
  • We will transfer the purchase value as a monetary amount to your account.
  • Wichtig: In this case, the old device cannot be returned.
